Thank you for letting me know the funeral arrangements for Ann. I was with Mary and the family when they received the news that Ann was seriously ill and did not have very much time left. It is very sad news. I will remember the times I visited her in Oxford and on other occasions. The last time was in 2016 and she insisted on taking us on the open top bus, accompanying us on the top deck and pointing out the sights. Later she gave Sam some putting competition in her back garden! She couldn't spend long with us on our second day as she was unveiling a blue plaque, a fact which speaks volumes about her involvement Supplied by Judith
